Chromecast won't configurate

Chromecast won't configure on my macbook pro. I am able to cast from android phone and tablet. I've been on the phone with chromecast support for over an hour, and we tried literally everything, so the problem lies in my mac. What can I do?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
